This easy knit stocking stitch baby Beanie with garter stitch edge is knitted in two colours then heart motifs are embroidered (working form a graph) around the lower edge.
The photo shows the 12 months size.

Sizes: 0 (3-6-12) months.

To fit head: 35 (40-45-48) cm [13¾ (15¾-17¾-19) ins].

Yarn required: Lincraft DK 8ply, 100g balls@266m.
1 (1-1-1) ball Main Colour.
1 (1-1-1) ball Contrast Colour.

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.

Stitches used: Garter st, stocking st and embroidery.
