This drop loop stitch is easy to do, makes your Scarf grow quickly and it looks great, especially when fancy yarns are used.

Scarf size: 13 x 160cm [5 x 63 ins].

Yarn required: 8ply yarn (advice is also given for using other yarns).

Needles required: A pair of 5.00mm (UK 6, US 8) knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing in ends.

Tension: Tension is not important for this project.

Stitch used: Garter stitch.

The frill ends on this Scarf are simple to make and add an interesting effect.

Scarf size: 17 x 150cm [6¾ x 59 ins].

Yarn required: Any feathery type yarn.

Needles required: A pair of 4.50mm (UK 7, US 7) knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing in ends.

Tension: Tension is not important for this project.

Heidi
This pattern includes two styles of Babies Headbands, both worked in 4ply yarn.
One Headband is worked in an easy lace stitch and the other is worked in
double moss stitch.

Sizes: 0 (3-6-12) months.

To fit head: 35 (40-45-48) cm [13¾ (15¾-17¾-19) ins].

Yarn required:
Lace Headband: Approx 5 (5-6-6) grams Patons Big Baby 4ply, 100g balls@420m.
Double Moss Stitch Headband: Approx 5 (6-6-7) grams Patons Big Baby 4ply, 100g balls@420m.

Needles required: A pair of 3.25mm (UK 10, US 3/4) knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 28 sts and 36 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 3.25mm needles.
